If you can access the Internet, you can access your HRorg application and your data. From anywhere, users log in directly to our portal from their browser. There's no setup or installation required. With HRorg, your users have secure access to all of their HR needs, regardless of when, where, or how they work.
Users run their applications exactly as if they were loaded on their own desktop by simply clicking an icon. The operation is so seamless and transparent that it's almost impossible to tell that the HRorg application is NOT running on the local computer. Rather, it is running from our managed data center and being securely delivered through the Internet.
Running programs and accessing information has nothing to do with anything that's loaded on the user's computer; rather, it has everything to do with the HRorg data center. This is where applications and data are delivered from. Inside, you'll find high-performance hardware, an expert staff, advanced security systems, a user support help desk, and much more. Only a browser is required at your physical location. We become your off-site IT department - hardware, software, support, and all.
Traditionally, an office network is setup for users to run applications and share data that is centrally stored on a file server. Users are connected to the server via an onsite network. HRorg operates similarly but with two significant differences: (1) The central server making everything work is no longer onsite - no investing in additional equipment, upgrades or upkeep, and; (2) instead of relying on an onsite network to connect the user with the server, we use the Internet - which is free, reliable and unlimited in its reach.
Because users can log in from any browser, they're able to work anywhere - from home, from work, or from the road. Regardless of where, the experience is exactly the same. This is what makes it possible for users in multiple locations to all operate centrally under a single "virtual roof". As soon as users log in, they're using the same programs, files, messaging system and much more.
Users log in to HRorg at their own URL - Type in your username, password, and then click the login button. Once authenticated, you're in. From there, everything else becomes our responsibility. Click the icons to launch applications, open files they way you normally do, check your email, post messages, and more. It's all guaranteed to work anywhere, anytime.
