Most businesses today purchase their own servers and equipment, and then hire outside help to set things up and to make sure everything operates correctly. Often times, there's someone on staff who is fairly tech-savvy and they're expected to become the "IT person when the computer guy's not around". Other companies - primarily ones with at least 30 or 40 users - will have a highly paid person on staff to manage the systems. If any of this describes your company, then ask yourself,
Has your business achieved the results you desire?
Technology is so diverse and there are many different ways for businesses to leverage it. Business software, email and fax systems, remote connectivity, document management, and portable devices are just some of the areas to think about. The real challenge is correctly applying technology and then managing it all. Very often, lofty goals turn into mediocre results, costing more than expected and involving more headaches than they're worth.
We work with many companies struggling to derive real economic benefit from their technology investments.
Could you be spending less and getting more?
How much time is spent fixing computer problems?
How much money do you spend on your systems?
How much downtime do your users experience?
Can XPERT deliver the results your business is looking for, for less money and less risk?
For many companies, the answer is yes. And it's because of our experience, the economies of scale that are part of our business, and because it's all we do!
Managing computer systems for a business is very difficult. You run into all types of obstacles - problems you didn't anticipate, bugs, incompatibilities, and the realities of getting human beings to use computers the way you intended them to. Like anything else, when you do it over and over again, it becomes much more straightforward and predictable. The problems you didn't anticipate become issues you now know how to avoid. XPERT services many hundreds of users all over the country. We specialize in serving small and medium size businesses because we've done it for a long time. We've become very good at it.
The economies of scale that are a natural part of our business model are immediately passed on to you; more staff, more experience, better systems, more options. Our success as a company is based on our ability to provide you better technology than you could get on your own. This is our primary mission. It's our reason for being in business.
It's easy enough to look at your existing systems, decide whether you're satisfied or not, get a quote from us and decide which way to go. But there's more to think about: What if you want to implement a new automated fax system, or buy palm pilots and integrate them with your software? How does your business adopt such new technology?
Here's how we do it. The relationship between our company and our clients is extremely interactive. We're not a phone company. We speak to our clients twice a day; not twice a year. When a client is looking for something, we know about it very quickly. Very often, we recommend solutions. The new service or software package or other solution is discussed and the client is generally given several options as to how they'd like to continue. Because we have many clients, most requests are for services we already offer. If it isn't, then we build it. Either way, when the client agrees to try something, we go to work and take all the risk. A friendly back and forth takes place until the client is satisfied with the new service. If the client decides to keep the new service, their monthly bill may be affected based on whatever agreement is in place. If the client changes his mind at any time, the additional service is removed without any penalty.
It's as easy and risk free as we can make it.
